CANCELLATION POLICY
- Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48hrs prior to their scheduled arrival date without penalty.
- Guests must notify the property via email.
- Cancellations made within 48hrs of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night’s room rate plus tax.
- No-shows will also be charged one night’s room rate plus tax.
- For stays during peak periods or special events, a longer cancellation period may apply and will be specified at time of booking.
- Guests are advised to review their reservation confirmation for the full cancellation policy and any applicable terms and conditions.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
For confirmation of any booking/reservation of hotel services, management may require any of the following:
- Full pre-payment as per the quotation
- Dully signed L.P.O
- Stamped letter of commitment
